Jennifer joined Yale Capital Corp in 2009 and has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Jennifer manages Yale Capital’s compliance program, ensuring that the firm and its employees comply with our Code of Ethics, SEC rules, and the Investment Adviser’s Act of 1940. Jennifer has served as Yale Capital’s primary compliance and regulatory professional for 16 years. As a part of her duties, Jennifer coordinates the internal compliance processes with assistance from external parties such as Yale Capital’s outside securities attorneys. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of account administration, with a specialization in corporate accounting and bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of South Florida.
