Privacy policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Information you provide to us

When you contact us through this website, request a consultation, or communicate with us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.

We use that information to respond to you, to evaluate whether our services fit your situation, and to keep the records that securities regulations require an investment adviser to keep. We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted a question.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses analytics to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics, which collects information through cookies and similar technologies: pages visited, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site.

We use this information in aggregate to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with the information you submit through the contact form.

You can limit this collection in your browser's cookie settings or with Google's own browser opt-out tool. The site works fully with analytics cookies declined.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

We share information only in limited circumstances: with service providers who operate parts of the site and our communications (such as website hosting and analytics providers), who may use it only to provide those services; with regulators, auditors, or law enforcement where law or regulation requires it; and with our professional advisers under confidentiality obligations.

Client information

Yale Capital is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The personal financial information of our clients is protected under Regulation S-P and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Clients receive our privacy notice at the start of the relationship, and it, not this website policy, governs the information we hold as your adviser. Our client privacy notice is available on request: email info@yalecapitalcorp.com.

How we protect and retain information

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we oversee the service providers who handle information on our behalf. We retain correspondence and inquiry records for the periods that federal and state recordkeeping rules require of registered investment advisers.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including our custodian's client portal, regulatory databases such as adviserinfo.sec.gov, and research sources cited in our articles. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you from your use of this website, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required by regulation to keep. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights; we honor verified requests consistent with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
